Bret Conolly is the father of a young boy who was born with a cleft, lip and palate. So in awe of the surgeons was he that he felt he needed to do something productive to give back. So was born the Car Project.

Bret has two cars – a 1968 XW Ford and an Austin A-16 that he has donated to the Jigsaw Foundation with the intent of fully restoring these two cars so that Jigsaw can auction them with all of the proceeds going to the Jigsaw Foundation.

His story appeared in the Diamond Valley Leader recently appealing for help with time, money, parts and/or expertise.

We are very lucky and extremely grateful that K&H Surface Technologies have agreed to help Bret with this project in the form of advice and products.

Bret has started work on the Ford first and is recording his progress at www.jfclassics.com.

This is a big task for Bret to complete but he is well on his way. If you would like to assist Bret in any way, please send us an email at enquiries@jigsawfoundation.org.au or phone Belinda Walmsley 0417 465 810.

The money raised from this project will assist us in furthering our commitment to world class surgery on our children who have been afflicted with facial deformities and, thereby, continue to change children’s lives for the better.
